Handshake Links

Handshake links are personalized booking links sent to invitees after you create a new Meeting Assist

The domain used for these links is https://handshake.atomiclife.app + invitee specific parameters

Confirm Attendance

Step 1: Choose between Atomic vs Non-Atomic user

The first step is to select whether the invitee is an Atomic user or Non-Atomic user

Step 2: Confirm Attendance

  1. Invitee enters name
  2. Invitee enters his / her email address for attendance confirmation
  3. Invitee presses Confirm Attendance to confirm attendance
  4. Later if Attendee chooses to cancel confirmation, he / she will need to add the same information as above and press Cancel Confirmation

Step 3a: Non-Atomic user Calendar Sync

  1. A Non-Atomic invitee can sync his / her Google Calendars to account for his / her schedule
  2. Invitee will be routed to Google and back to Atomic after he /she approves the appropriate permissions

Step 4: Time Preferences

  1. In the left column, Invitee will pick a date and the available slots will be shown
  2. In the right column, selected time preferences (slots) will be shown
  3. If you opted to allow invitee for a custom time preference, then invitee will be able to press the Custom Time Preferences button and select a custom time found in a pop-up modal
  4. Invitee will need to press Submit to confirm time preferences
