Train your events

The full power of Atomic can be experienced by training your events

Tip

Training your events for Time Preferences and Priority will cover majority of use cases

What is training?

When you train an event, you tell Atomic what event attributes you want to copy over to any new events whose details will be semantically similar. Those event attributes are used by Atomic for schedule assists. This way there are no surprises when your schedule changes to match your day's rhythm. This is possible because of semantic search of past events.

info

Semantic search is a form of search used by popular search providers like Google where the text is converted to vectors and similar vectors are matched. It is more accurate then keyword matching

How to train

  1. Set your time preferences, priority and other event attributes by tapping on the event of interest to open the options menu

  2. Set your prefences for each event attribute you want to modify

  3. Tap on train option under menu

  4. Read over different options to enable and copy over to any new future events with similar details

  5. Next time a similar event occurs, the enabled event attributes will be copied for the scheduler to use for schedule assist
